CIF in partnership with CelsiusPro to offer weather certificates to its members
Following the recent extreme winters, which have severely affected many construction businesses, CIF is now promoting a solution to their members to overcome the weather risk: Weather Certificates. For this, CIF has teamed up with the Swiss-based weather risk management specialist CelsiusPro.

Weather certificates are tailored financial solutions structured to pay out when adverse weather occurs. For a premium, construction companies can purchase protection such as Frost Day Certificates. Aimed at protecting against weather-related financial risks, an automatic payout is made if a predefined number of frost days are exceeded. Click for more information.
