Safe-T-Cert is a safety management scheme for the construction industry which is recognised under the Construction Safety Partnership in the Republic of Ireland and the Build Safe initiative in Northern Ireland.

Register of Heritage Contractors
The register of heritage contractors aims to provide contractors with the opportunity to demonstrate their proficiency in the field of heritage works, while providing both public and private clients with an accessible list of reliable heritage contractors.

CQA Ireland
Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Ireland provides a sectoral approach to the provision of management systems in accordance with ISO general guidelines and standards. CQA Ireland offers certification to ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems.

The Contractors Retrofit Register
The CIF and HomeBond have combined their resources to develop a quality Register of Retrofit Contractors nationwide. Contractors on the register will be:
- Energy aware and & Experienced
- Have come through a registration process & Signed up to a Code of Practice
- Ability to offer a professional service and retrofit contract to the clients
- Authorised to use the Contractors Retrofit Register logo
