CIF’s ‘one stop shop’ for contract advice

The Tendering & Contracting Department looks after all contracting elements of the CIF ranging from main contractors, civil engineering contractors, mechanical and electrical contractors and specialist contractors, and helps CIF member companies command a comprehensive understanding of the contracts at play within the construction sector.

“We are a resource to be used by members, a lot cheaper than many other avenues a contractor might go down. A builder, not in the CIF, with a technical problem will go to an engineer or a surveyor who might charge him €600 or €700.
