Construction Industry Federation Training Services offers a wide range of training programmes for the Construction Sector.
We offer programmes in then following areas;
- Safety & Health Supervision & Management
- Environmental Management
- Construction Management
- Tendering & Contracting
- Industrial Relations
Over the past few years the range of programmes has has been excpanced to meet the needs of our members. We now offer programmes in partnership with Institute of Technology Blanchardstown covering the Retrofit sector. We also have in partnership with various IT providers offer various Construction IT based products.
Programme's for UK Marketplace
We are now offering programmes to assist our members in the UK marketplace;
- Construction Internationalisation
- Bid to Win in the UK marketplace
- CPCS CSCS Black Managers Card access programme
Site Management Eduction Programme
Construction Industry Federation in partnership with CIOB offers qualifications that can give the learner the following benifits;
- The skills and confidence to manage and co-ordinate all types of construction projects
- A nationally recognised certificate or diploma qualification
- The ability to progress to a higher level of study and a professional qualification
- Increased promotional prospects.
Also, now there is the added incentive that due to changes in the accreditation, it is possible to achieve a Certificate (Level 4 UK – equivalent to Level 6 In Ireland) on successful completion of just 4 modules.
In response to this change, CIF will run a certificate programme in the Autumn consisting of the following modules;
- CIF/IOSH Managing Safely in Construction
- Project Planning
- Estimating and Measuring Work
- Managing Sub Contractors
People who have already completed the CIF/IOSH Managing Safely in Construction programme will be able to complete the Certificate in three modules.
It is also possible to build a qualification by completing each module at your own pace – credits will be given for each module completed.
